Request of Expressions of Interest (Consultant Services) - HIV/AIDS Project Coordinator

The Public Institution "Coordination, Implementation and Monitoring Unit of the Health System Projects" (PCIMU) is currently implementing the HIV/AIDS/STI Project, financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services for HIV/AIDS Project Coordinator. 

The PCIMU now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must indicate their qualifications to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc.) and provide information attesting to their compliance with the qualification requirements described in the ToR referred to below. The Consultants are hereby invited to submit their updated CV. Please note that the PCIMU is not bound to accept any of the CVs.

The selection of consultants will be carried out in accordance with procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).

The consultant shall perform the assignment, on a full-time basis, starting with August 2017 for a period of 4 months, with possibility of extension under the upcoming grant period.

PCIMU will select a consultant on the basis of comparison of consultant’s qualifications for the assignment and conformity with the TOR’s requirements.

The deadline for submission of Consultant’s CV is August 10, 2017, 14:00 PM o’clock, Moldova local time.
