The Center for Health Policies and Studies (PAS Center) is currently implementing the project “Enhancing TB diagnosis and MDR detection by rolling out Xpert MTB/RIF technology at district level, with special emphasis on high risk groups – prisoners and PLWH”; (WHO, Stop TB, TB-REACH proposal Wave 2).
The PAS Center now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (for individuals – CVs). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
The strongest individual will be selected to complete the activities described in these Terms of Reference. PAS Center will negotiate the terms of consultancy agreements with individual consultants based on overall cost considerations for the full assignment.
The selection of consultant will be carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
The PAS Center will select the Program Coordinator on the basis of comparison of consultant’s qualifications for the assignment and conformity with the TOR’s requirements.
The Consultants are hereby invited to submit their updated CV.
